Manchester City fullback Kyle Walker has performed a shock u-turn about his future this summer.
The veteran defender was expected to leave City as he wanted regular first team football.
However, Walker has reversed his decision to join Bayern Munich, as he wants to play for City for at least one more year.
Per The Mail, he is now content at City and will not pursue a transfer to Germany in this transfer window.
“Kyle [Walker] and Bernardo [Silva], what can I say?" manager Pep Guardiola told reporters.
“They are so important to us. We want them and will do everything.
“We want him to stay because he wants to stay. We will do everything.
“Replacing these two would be so difficult."
