Manchester City have dropped their pursuit of Wolfsburg striker Edin Dzeko.
The Bosnia international has been a target for City boss Roberto Mancini since the end of the season.
But with Wolfsburg refusing to cave in on their £34 million asking price, City are being forced to look elsewhere.
