Manchester City fullback Bacary Sagna is happy to play at centre-half.

The Frenchman started at right-back against Leicester on Saturday but Vincent Kompany's hamstring injury could force the former Arsenal defender into the centre.

"I have played a few times at centre-back for Arsenal," Sagna said.

"If I have to play, I will play and always try to give 100 per cent and my best for the team.

"But, at the moment, he only has a tight hamstring. We have two days off to recover and hopefully he will be ready for Crystal Palace."
