Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany has turned to outside help to get over his injury problems.
The Mirror says Kompany has put his faith in experienced physio Lieven Maesschalck in the hope he can get him back playing as quickly as possible.
Maesschalck is flying to Manchester from Belgium to spend a week working with Kompany on an intensive treatment programme.
The physio works with the Belgium national team and has also treated the likes of Andriy Shevchenko and Real Madrid star Kaka in the past.
