Manchester City captain Ilkay Gundogan admitted frustration after their draw at Champions League opponents RB Leipzig.
The round of 16 first-leg finished 1-1 in Germany on Wednesday night.
Gundogan said, "We had the better chances over the course of the 90 minutes, we have to decide it even before the break. We are quite pleased with the performance, but not so much with the result.
"We knew Leipzig would come back improved from the break.
"Surely they couldn't be pleased with the first half. We knew they would try to apply more pressure, but then we lost the ball to quickly when we were on the transition and conceded a bitter goal."
