Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini feels there is plenty of improvement to come within his team as he looks ahead to next season.
The reigning Premier League champions managed to beat rivals Manchester United 2-1 at Old Trafford on Monday night and although he has conceded the title to the deserving Red Devils, Mancini is targeting an enormous advance in performances as he looks to get back to winning ways in 2013/14.
"We need to continue to play like this for next season," he told Sky Sports 1.
"We have two or three months where we can work well, where we can improve our team.
"I think we showed tonight we can't be 15 points behind.
"But we can say United won a lot of games. They lost their last game against Norwich a long time ago and they deserve to win this title, for sure."
