Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini is delighted with the form this season of Joe Hart.

Hart has turned his game around in the safe hands of keeper guru Xabier Mancisidor.

Pellegrini said: "Xabier has an important role with Joe. I think he changed the way Joe normally worked before we arrived.

"As I always say to him, maybe he was a good ­goalkeeper - now he is a good player who plays as a goalkeeper.

"I worked with Xabier at Real Madrid, Malaga and here and I think he knows the way I like the goalkeeper to play.

"It's not only about saving goals but I think he must be one player more in our team."
