Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini says Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich deserves to win the Premier League title.
Pellegrini acknowledged the role of Roman Abramovich in the Chelsea's success.
"I congratulate his owner because he is always improving his squad," said the City manager.
"And I congratulate his fans and Jose Mourinho and the players because they deserve absolutely the title."
