Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini insists he won't make a concrete move for AS Roma midfielder Daniele De Rossi.
Mancini has confessed his great admiration for De Rossi and says he'd be ideal for City.
But last night, the manager said: "De Rossi? We will not make any offer for him, I realized that all his life he will remain in Rome like Francesco Totti."
