Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini intends to clearout his fringe players.
The Daily Star says City's owners want money back into the club.
They expect £40m to be recouped by selling Craig Bellamy, Jo, Emmanuel Adebayor, Shaun Wright-Phillips, Roque Santa Cruz, Nedum Onuoha and Wayne Bridge.
Skipper Carlos Tevez could also be sold.
