Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini is launching a double raid on former club Inter Milan.

La Repubblica says Mancini is ready to follow up his interest in Mario Balotelli with a concrete offer for the unsettled striker. Only yesterday, Balotelli opened the door to a move to Napoli.

Also in Mancini's sights is Inter defender Nicolas Burdisso, who is available after spending last season on-loan at Roma.

City are ready to make a £35 million offer for the young pair.
