Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has cast doubt on the quality of the club's medical staff.

The Daily Mail says City hope to have striker Sergio Aguero back for the Arsenal game after one of the club's medical staff blistered his foot by administering a spray he was allergic to.

When asked if he had confidence in the medical staff, Mancini said: "I only trust my personal doctor."
