Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini insists he believes in Micah Richards.
Richards is said to be concerned about his future after City's swoop for Douglas Maicon.
"This changes nothing, because I still have one hundred percent confidence in Micah. He can play at fullback and centrally," said Mancini.
