Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini may play Mario Balotelli from the start tonight at Napoli.

There is concern over how Napoli fans will react to the former Inter Milan striker.

"Their fans are not the loudest in Italy," said Mancini.

"It's possible he will play.

"But I don't think about the crowd reaction. Mario has played in Naples maybe 10 times. For him every game for Manchester City is important. Now it's different because he plays for us for the first time in Italy in Naples, but I think the fans in Italy understand Mario can be an important player for the national team."
