Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini's fears his transfer plans are grinding to a halt.

Mancini has yet to add to the squad who delivered the Premier League title to the Etihad Stadium last season.

Moves for Arsenal captain Robin van Persie and Athletic Bilbao midfielder Javi Martinez have yet to make progress, while Mancini retains a serious interest in Roma midfielder Daniele de Rossi, says the Telegraph.
