Manchester City boss Mark Hughes is confident of closing an agreement for Chelsea defender Tal Ben Haim.
City chief Sparky is ready to offer the ex-Bolton star a four-year deal worth around £60,000 a week after having a £5 million offer accepted by Chelsea.
Ben Haim will provide competition at the back for Richard Dunne and Micah Richards.
