Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola says he won't block Ilkay Gundogan from leaving.

The City captain's agent met with Barcelona directors on Thursday.

Guardiola said, "I know what I think of Ilkay. After what he did against Aston Villa last season (Gündogan's two goals in the game gave the club the Premier League title) he can do what he wants.

"He knows exactly what I think of him.

"The club knows it too, but it's a matter of him and the club, and the agent. Whatever happens, I'm sure it will be good for him."
