Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has suggested Bernardo Silva may be in line for a start on Thursday against Chelsea.
Silva has often earned praise from Guardiola for his efforts in the biggest of games for the club.
However, he has not been involved in back-to-back matches for the club since October, and was involved for nearly the whole of the 1-1 draw with Everton.
Asked about Bernardo, Guardiola stated, "He's a key player, so important on and off the pitch.
“A guy who can talk, always a nice conversation, always you learn about his humanity, his vision for the club.
“He's an incredible player against top sides, incredibly reliable in decisive games he's always there.
“Nothing changed about his future, it belongs to him."
