Manchester City boss Sven Goran Eriksson had sympathy for goalkeeper Andreas Isaksson after the Swede conceded eight goals at Middlesbrough in his farewell game on Sunday.
Eriksson said: "I think he was very unlucky. The goals he conceded - he couldn't do anything about and of course he was very down in the dressing room.
"He's had the chance to play and then he concedes eight goals despite how well he played."
