Manchester City are set to win the race for Feyenoord prospect Rodney Kongolo.

Voetbalzone says the 15 year-old midfielder is set to commit to City ahead of rival interest from Chelsea and Arsenal.

Kongolo has been likened to Arsenal legend Patrick Vieira, now City's U21 coach, and is expected to spend the coming months at the Premier League giants before signing permanently when he turns 16 later this year.
