Manchester City are baffled by how to manage Yaya Toure's migraine problems.
Just to make it worse, Samir Nasri also suffers from the debilitating disorder which forced Yaya to miss Saturday's defeat at Everton, says the Manchester Evening News.
It was only the second time in three seasons that Yaya has had to miss a match due to the problem - which brings on a severe headache, plus blurred vision and fatigue - but both times have proved costly.
City coach David Platt said: "It doesn't help missing Yaya, especially when you are against a team down to ten men. Maybe he has that ability to keep the ball and pick the right pass.
"I don't think there is anything you can do - Nasri suffers from them as well."
