Feyenoord fear losing top prospect Terence Kongolo.
Kongolo is tipped to make a first team debut before the end of the season, but is only contracted to Feyenoord until 2013 and has attracted interest from England.
Both Arsenal and Manchester City have been following the teenage defender's progress this season.
