Manchester City ace Carlos Tevez is in court today.

The Sun reports Tevez will be in Macclesfield Magistrates' Court this morning charged with various motoring offences after he was stopped in Cheshire last month.

He faces a six-month jail sentence if found guilty - although he is expected to be given community service.

That would mean he is clear to carry on preparing for the Manchester derby on Monday and trying to halt Manchester United's relentless title charge.
