Manchester City attacker Bernardo Silva was left disappointed and frustrated after his team could not earn a point against Liverpool at Anfield.
The Citizens were beaten 1-0 thanks to a Mohamed Salah strike in the second half in the Premier League on Sunday.
Despite throwing the kitchen sink at Liverpool late in the game, City had to endure their first loss of the season.
"We wanted to get the three points, we got out with zero, so yeah, very frustrating," Bernardo said, per the club website.
"It was a physical game, we knew it. It always is here [Anfield]. We were ready for it.
"We need to watch the game to see what didn't work and what we could do better. But very frustrating and very disappointed for not getting a win here.
"It's a feeling of frustration. We gave our best, there's no doubt about that."
