Real Mallorca winger Giovani dos Santos insists he was never given a chance at Tottenham.

The Mexico international is finding his best form at Mallorca this season.

"No, what happened at Tottenham was that I was not given chances," he insisted. "I have always been very professional and never had any problems with any manager. I simply did not fit in with his [Harry Redknapp's] plans."
