Portsmouth have had a £4 million offer for Real Mallorca winger Jonas Gutierrez turned down.

Mallorca won't consider doing business with Pompey until they have acquired Jonas' total registration. Jonas is currently at Mallorca in co-ownership with Argentina's Velez Sarsfield.
