Celtic defender Daniel Majstorovic says kind words directed at him by manager Neil Lennon have given him some extra motivation.
The Hoops boss said that the 34-year old Swedish centre-half was playing well enough to warrant a new deal at the end of the season. Although Majstorovic was buoyed by those sentiments he made it clear that he was focused on club duties as well as preparing for next summer's European Championships with Sweden.
"Lately, the whole team has been playing well and it has been fun playing.
"I haven't started to talk about a new contract but there is no panic either.
"I'm focusing on our schedule and the upcoming European Championships.
"What happens with Celtic, we can discuss later.""It's very encouraging that Neil said that," said Majstorovic. "It feels like everything is working perfectly for me now.
