Mainz striker Robin Quaison isn't expecting Tottenham to firm up their interest from earlier this summer.

The Sweden international has told Fotbollskanalen that he is set to stay with Mainz for the new season.

"I think I will stay in Mainz," Quaison said.

"So far, I do not feel that there is anything (offer from a club) that I want to go to. I thrive very well in Mainz and I have one year left on my contract. I'm happy and happy there. I think I will have a lot of freedom."

Quaison scored 13 goals and produced two assists in 32 games in the Bundesliga last season.
