Douglas Maicon says a fiery Roberto Mancini can mean only good things for Manchester City. Mancini has clashed with David Moyes, Alex Ferguson and, on Tuesday, Paul Lambert.
But Manchester City new-boy Maicon told The Sun: "All winning managers show this passion as they really want to win - and the players can feel that. Roberto is no different."
Brazil star Maicon, 31, part of Mancini's success at Inter Milan, added: "That is the way he should be. You want to see a passionate coach who sets high standards. If he gets angry, he reminds everybody of the standards required."
