Rafa Benitez has remained coy regarding Real Madrid's chase for David De Gea.
The Spanish giants have been constantly linked with the Manchester United goalkeeper this summer but Benitez has opted to stay right out of the apparent pursuit as the rumours continue to circle.
"It's very simple. The updates about De Gea is that he is not our player," said Benitez at a press conference in Melbourne for Friday night's clash with Manchester City.
"So there is nothing to say about him."
Some recent reports suggest that United are prepared to part ways with 24-year-old gloveman De Gea but only if Real put up £28million or offer both Sergio Ramos and Keylor Navas.
