Hibernian stopper Yves Ma-Kalambay kept a clean sheet in the Edinburgh derby and vowed to retain his place despite extra competition. Former Dundee United keeper Grzegorz Szamotulski has now joined Hibs as competition for the goalkeeping jersey.
"First of all, I'll welcome the guy to the club," Ma-Kalambay said.
"It doesn't put any extra pressure on me. I'll just keep doing what I do.
"Hopefully it's going to be healthy competition and a challenge. People who know me know I'm all about challenges.
"I'm going to help him to be comfortable but we're going to fight for the same position and I'm going to do everything I can to keep my number 50 jersey.
"I'm not scared about my position after one week. People have been saying a lot of stuff because we have signed another goalkeeper.
"But I'm playing at the moment and I'm looking at Hearts next week.
"If I don't get injured and I have a good week, I'm looking to remain in goal, but I'm not the manager."
