Nottingham Forest have made an offer for Lyon midfielder Houssem Aouar.
The Frenchman has long been linked with a move to England, with Arsenal and Tottenham interested in the past.
L'Equipereports Forest have been rejected with their bid.
Aouar has made 215 appearances for Lyon, where he's scored 40 goals and made 35 assists.
