Luis Enrique proud of Roma players in AC Milan defeat

AS Roma coach Luis Enrique defended his players after their 2-1 defeat to AC Milan.

A Zlatan Ibrahimovic brace cancelled out Pablo Osvaldo's goal for Roma on the night.

"There is no particular problem to point out and I could not have asked for more from my team," said the Spanish Coach.

"It was a good game. Ibrahimovic was decisive in the second half, but we played a complete match. I think my central defenders did very well, as Ibrahimovic is extremely difficult to mark.

"I am not 100 per cent happy with the first half performance, as we could've done better in keeping possession. We came close to the result, but these games are decided by minor details and we still have to improve in that respect.

"Don't forget we were playing away to the Serie A leaders and reigning Scudetto holders."
