Paolo Del Piccolo is set to trial with German Bundesliga club Eintrach Frankfurt.
The senior Louisville Cardinals midfielder will undertake a two-week trial in the second week of January after finishing a four-year college career.
"We are excited for the opportunity Paolo has in Germany to continue his career," said Louisville head coach Ken Lolla.
"His excellent work ethic and strong desire to succeed will serve him well in his upcoming trials."
Del Piccolo was named first team NSCAA All-Great Lakes region and earned first team All-BIG EAST honors this season.
