Local cops are investigating Fleetwood Town manager Joey Barton for allegedly assaulting Barnsley boss Daniel Stendel.
Barton was involved in a tunnel brawl at Oakwell after his side were beaten 4-2 in a heated encounter which saw Harry Souttar sent off, reports the Mirror.
Reports suggest Barton and Stendel had to be separated by stewards and police in the tunnel.
South Yorkshire Police have confirmed they are investigating the incident with Barton stopped from leaving Oakwell at full-time.
The controversial former Manchester City and Burnley player has Fleetwood sitting 11th in the League One.
