LOAN WATCH: Stoke's Agudelo opens Utrecht account in fine fashion

Juan Agudelo scored his first goal for loan club FC Utrecht in Thursday night's Dutch Eredivisie clash with PEC Zwolle.

The 21-year old American attacker, on loan from Stoke City, produced a lovely turn at the top of the box before thundering his effort into the roof of the net in the 24th minute at the Stadion Galgenwaard.

Agudelo was in his third appearance for Utrecht when he fired them ahead in the first half but Zwolle managed to fight back and record a 2-1 victory away from home.

The win was made possible after Utrecht's Australian winger Adam Sarota was sent off prior to the hour-mark which gave Zwolle the ascendency and they took full advantage with Denis Mahmudov and Fred Benson scoring in quick succession with around 15 minutes remaining.
