Aberdeen are determined to extend the loan of Reading defender Michael Hector.
The 21-year old defender joined the Dons from the Championship on a six-month loan spell in July and has impressed so much in his 17 appearances that manager Derek McInnes is eager to keep him at Pittodrie longer.
"We still have a desire to keep Michael but it will depend on the conversation he has with Reading," he said in the Evening Express.
"Hopefully we will find out in the next week or two."
