Chelsea loanee Patrick Bamford scored his 13th league goal for MK Dons in the Buckinghamshire club's 3-0 triumph over Port Vale on Saturday.
Ben Reeves and Stephen Gleeson put the Dons 2-0 ahead within the first 15 minutes and shortly after the in-form Bamford extended the lead.
Reeves became creator when he sent in a low cross, which was met by Bamford who duly slotted the ball past Vale goalkeeper Sam Johnson.
Milton Keynes now sit 11th on the SkyBet League One table on 28 points, two points behind Port Vale with the Dons having a game in hand.
