On-loan Chelsea youngsters Lucas Piazon and Patrick van Aanholt found the back of the net in Vitesse Arnhem's 6-2 thrashing of PSV Eindhoven at the Philips Stadion on Saturday.
19-year old Piazon opened the scoring with his eighth goal of the season when he capitalized on a defensive blunder to clinically slot home past PSV goalkeeper Jeroen Zoet.
Spurred on by his goal, Piazon continued to orchestrate the Arnhem midfield and produced a sublime pass over the top of the PSV defence to the oncoming Kelvin Leerdam who put his team ahead 3-1.
Piazon's second assist of the game came with three minutes remaining, as the Brazilian collected Chelsea teammate van Aanholt's pass, only to back-heel the ball into the surging run of the defender who subsequently smashed the ball into the bottom corner to make it 5-1.
The win was a statement from Vitesse, who hold their place on top of the Eredivisie table, thanks to performances of Piazon and his Chelsea teammates including van Aanholt, Gael Kakuta and Christian Atsu.
