Burnley boss Sean Dyche insists he wants to retain the services of loanee Michael Keane.
The 21-year old Manchester United defender has been on loan at Turf Moor since September but his spell with the Clarets is set to end this month.
However, Dyche has been holding talks about a permanent move for Keane who has manage just five senior appearances for United amidst loans with the likes of Leicester City, Derby County and Blackburn Rovers.
"We will wait and see and have a discussion with him and Manchester United," Dyche told the press.
"It's been ongoing since he came here."
Since arriving at Burnley, Keane has appeared 10 times in the Premier League for Dyche with eight of those being starts in central defence.
