Livorno president Aldo Spinelli has revealed former Juventus coach Max Allegri has offered his support.

Spinelli is seeking a buyer for the club.

“I'll meet Allegri either tonight or tomorrow morning in Monte Carlo," Spinelli told GianlucaDiMarzio.com.

“We'll see what happens, I can't tell you now what the situation is, but over the last few days he assured me there will be support.

"He said we need to put together a great squad and he is ready to lend a hand. That was truly pleasing to hear."
