Livorno president Aldo Spinelli admits they're closing in on Lazio striker Libor Kozak.

Kozak has also been linked with Sunderland and Wigan Athletic.

"I pride myself on my great relationship with [Lazio President Claudio] Lotito," he told calciomercato.com.

"I can always talk to him.

"I could call him and talk about Kozak, but I think I'll wait after yesterday's defeat against Juventus."
