Liverpool youngster Conor Coady happy working with Borrell

Liverpool midfielder Conor Coady has enjoyed this season under reserves coach Rodolfo Borrell.

The teen says he's improved as a player thanks to Borrell.

"This season has been fantastic and every year I love playing under Rodolfo because he is a fantastic coach and you are always going to improve working under him," Coady told Liverpoolfc.tv.

"For our age level I think it would be a great achievement if we could get that second place as this is a strong league and we've come up against teams fielding a lot of experience.

"I really enjoyed the pre-season going to the Far East. I loved every minute of it being part of the squad and all the fans over there were fantastic.

"Any chance you get to go to Melwood and train with the first team is fantastic and then when you go back to the Academy you just have to work as hard as you can to get another chance."
