Liverpool aren't expected to go higher for Sevilla fullback Alberto Moreno.

The Liverpool Echo says Liverpool continue to chase Moreno but refuse to pay over the odds for the highly-rated Sevilla left-back.

The Reds have tabled a £16m bid for the 21-year-old, who won the Europa League with the La Liga outfit last month.

And they refuse to be drawn into an auction over the player, with Real Madrid and Tottenham Hotspur among other potential suitors.
