Liverpool aren't expected to try again for Dnipro winger Yehven Konoplyanka in the summer.

The Reds have been blamed by Dnipro officials for the failure to get a deal done before the deadline.

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers refused to rule out making another attempt to sign Konoplyanka in the summer but the Liverpool Echo says that is highly unlikely following the events of last week.
