Liverpool veteran Jamie Carragher says Luis Suarez is among the best players he's played with.

The more he trains with Suarez, the more the centre-back realises the Uruguayan has the ability and the spontaneity to push for second spot.

He told Liverpoolfc.com: "People always ask me: 'Who is the best player you've played with at Liverpool?'

"And that would always be Stevie, but the more I play with Luis, the more I'm thinking that he's coming second.

"The more I see of him, the way he plays and some of the things I see him do training, I really do think we've got one of the best players in the world at Liverpool.

"With Stevie, we have to enjoy him for the next two or three years and hopefully we can do the same with Luis. He's that good, I think he could play for any team in the world."
