Liverpool could beat all-comers for Cardiff City midfielder Joe Ledley.
The Daily Mail says new Reds boss Roy Hodgson is monitoring Ledley's talks with West Bromwich Albion and Stoke as he contemplates a move.
Ledley was in Glasgow on the weekend for a meeting with Celtic boss Neil Lennon.
However, it's understood he is reluctant to move far from his Welsh home, which leaves Liverpool in the boxseat for the midfielder.
