Borussia Dortmund are ready to compete with Liverpool for the signing of Stromsgodset midfielder Martin Odegaard.
It's been confirmed Odegaard will visit Liverpool before Christmas for talks with coaching staff and a training stint with the first team squad.
However, the teen has also revealed he's spoken with BVB coach Jurgen Klopp about continuing his career in Dortmund.
"Klopp has personally introduced me to BVB and told me from a sports perspective what they can offer me," confirmed Odegaard.
"(Playing in Germany) is certainly not inconceivable."
BVB chief Michael Zorc recently admitted: "He is one of the biggest talents in European youth football. Perhaps more fundamentally, of course, it is our job to uncover those players. "
