Jonas Hector insists he's sticking with FC Koln.

The Germany fullback has attracted an approach from Liverpool this summer.

But the 26-year-old has signed a new five-year deal with the Bundesliga club.

Hector said: "I am a happy part of this team [Koln].

"For me, everything fits, so a contract extension is indeed a next logical step."
