Liverpool striker Fernando Torres handed boss Rafa Benitez a new injury headache during last night's 1-0 Champions League win over Marseille.

Liverpool's delight at clinching a place in the last 16 was tempered by the news that Fernando Torres picked up another hamstring injury.

The striker limped away at the end of the match with tightness in his leg. Torres will be assessed by medical staff today.

It is the same hamstring which he damaged playing for Spain six weeks ago. That injury kept him out for seven matches.
